Unlimited Memberships

Unlimited memberships are valid for the timeframe specified, starting from the date of purchase. Membership activation dates may be postponed by up to one week from the date of purchase by contacting the studio.

Memberships may only be placed on hold due to medical reasons. To place your membership on medical hold, contact the studio at the time of your injury. To reactivate your membership from a medical hold, a doctor’s note must be delivered to the studio, stating that you are able to practice again.

Pass Cards

Pass cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Drop-Ins

Single class drop-ins are valid only for the date purchased.

Workshops

Workshop payments are valid only for the series purchased. Missed sessions may be made-up within the same session.

Return Policy

Please note that there are no refunds on memberships, pass cards, drop ins or workshops.

Memberships may be exchanged for other packages or Studio Credit within 14 days of purchase by contacting the studio by phone at 403-277-3058.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.

Your personal information will only be used to contact you about administrative matters relating to your membership with us.

If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive our monthly newsletter(s), which you may opt out of at any time by contacting the studio.

Your personal information will not be bought, sold or traded for any purpose.

Currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment in full is due at the time of transaction. Drop-In prices include GST. All other prices do not include GST.
